Lady Elahah Al’ Malik

House: Questing Knight of the Emperor.

Elahah was born on Aylon to Baron Sasha Orom Decados and Baronet Minolete Al’ Malik in a attempt to form an alliance between the two houses during the Emperor Wars. The strategy was futile for the most part even though the immediate families cared for each other. The families became obsessed with comparing Elahah and her cousin, Aleksei.

Years later Elaheh became a knight and fought in the Emperor Wars. When the call went out for Questing Knight Elaheh’s family chose her. Not only did she prove herself a proficient fighter but also a fine diplomat and, Minolete could not resist bragging to her Decados family that Elaheh was chosen by the Emperor,

Brother Lerone Cameton

Sect: Canon of Urth Orthodox and Cohart to Elaheh Al’ Malik, servant of the Emperor

Lerone was fourth born to Lord Robert Cameton on Byzantium Secundus. There was little chance that young Lerone would inherit title so the family largely overlooked his presence. As a result Lerone was offered to the church at the age of 4. For years Lerone studied and prayed diligently and became respected among his peers in the Orthodox.

When Lerone was 16 he met a girl, Mina T’mor, who was in trouble with a Scraver. Instead of telling his patron Lerone hid her away in his room were he became fascinated with Mina. Lerone ended up keeping Mina in his room for 6 months and fornicating with her until she was finally discovered. The Bishops were enraged and sent him serve the Al’ Malik in the Emperor Wars.

Lerone served as a chaplin on the Revantil, a Al’Malik frigate. Here he met Lady Elaheh Al’Malik, who looked a lot like Mina. He served her and the rest of crew to the best of his ability and during the time discovered his theurgic abilities. Lerone continues to serve Elaheh after the Emperor Wars.

Shale DeGraner Harrison

Genin for the Scravers

Shale was born in the Capitol city of Elibyrge on Cadiz. His family wasn't wealthy nor did they have any status among the people. Poor, and struggling, Shale did everything he could to help his family survive the uncaring sprawl.

Shale's first choice was to enlist in the Decados army. The minimal age to join had just been reduced to 14 and Shale knew he could easily lie (as most serfs rarely had a record of their birth date). However, Shale was shot in the foot during a random firefight in the streets of the sprawl. He swore revenge on the person and eventually tracked her down. Shale discovered that it was Boss Linzy DiCaprio. She was so amused by the young mans persistence she gave him an offer he couldn't refuse. He could either leave Cadiz and work for a friend of hers, or he could be shot dead right there. Shale quickly packed his bags.

For 20 years Shale explored parts of the Known Worlds including Leagueheim, Pandemonium, Apshai and briefly Manitou. However, he always wanted to return to Cadiz. On Manitou he discovered something that gave him an excuse and he made the jump. Shale believes he'll find evidence to prove his secret ideas on Abdera.

Sir Anton Medina Castenda de Sutek

House: Knight of the Hazat

Anton is the second son to Duke Cameron Medina Castenda de Sutek. As a result he was groomed to take his brothers place in case he were to die. Anton decided to focus on the art of dueling and quickly became a renown fencer among the Hazat.

Duke Cameron died during the battle of Jericho and Anton's brother, Javier Medina Castenda de Sutek, took the title. Anton found that Javier's methods of ruling were below the standards of the Hazat and challenged him to a duel. During the duel Javier found a way to poison Anton and almost killed him had it not been for a few of Anton's loyal servants.

Anton sought the aid of Duchess Elena Cindias Victoriana Castenda de Sutek but false evidence planted by his brother made Anton look guilty of Javier's crimes. Anton took to the stars as a sword for hire looking for opportunity to bring his brother to Justice and restore his honor.

The Decados

Lord Aleksei Decados

House: Baronet of the Decados

Aleksei was born on Cadiz to Baron Lenat and Lady Sherin Decados. Lady Sherin became obsessed with comparing Aleksei to his cousin, Elaheh Al’ Malik. This became an obsession of Aleksei as he pushed himself to become the best person out there even though he never met the woman which pushed him to greatness.

Aleksei served in the Emperor Wars as a diplomat, and leader even though he was known for his wild parties and seductive ways. His father died during the Emperor Wars and lost his land on Cadiz due to past debts. Aleksei's mother moved in with her brother-in-law Count Renato Decados.

Upon returning his uncle gave him a small fief on Cadiz. Aleksei reclaimed the fief for the Decados. Due to debts he is in agreement with a local Scaver and produces the drug Selchadah and looks forward to his uncles death in which he is certain to gain his title.

Bontina Kurai

Obun servant of the Decados and agent of the Jakovian agency.

Bontina never knew her parents as she was taken away from them soon after they had been taken into slavery by the Decados. She was originally sent as a serving girl to Count Renato Decados. When she was 15 she was requested by the Decados military to help question a captured Hawkwood noble who would only speak Obunish. When Bontina entered the room the Hawkwood completely opened up thinking he was safe. Soon after the Jakovian agency adopted her.

For years after Bontina served as a spy on Velisimil and in Hawkwood territory. She also served closely with Count Renato and his son, Aleksei (whom she spent more than one night with). By the time Alexius took the throne Bontina’s cover had been discovered and she was little use to the Jakovian’s. She decided to stay with Aleksei as his personal advisor and occasional lover.

Lord Renato Trokie Decados

House: Count of the Decados

The Count has overlooked Northern Sabtah for years but has always had difficulty with capturing Abdera in the far north. Renato's attempts to recapture Abdera always failed and it was his suggestion to give the land to The Hazat. He was shocked at the ability of the young Baron Isabelle to establish so quickly on land.

It brought him great joy when Aleksei was able to recapture Lemingrad and was able to bring the fief back into Decados control.

Lady Ember Decados

2nd Daughter of Earl Igor Decados of Varangia on Severus

Ember was born on Severus in the city of Domovoy. Both her father and the house quickly noticed her beauty and talent as a singer. Over the years she has become extremely popular on the Decados worlds and has also made appearances on Ishtkr, Barter, and Criticorum. She is a trend setter and her face can be found on many Decados advertisements and products.

The Hazat

Lady Isabelle Castenda de Abdera

House: Baron of the Hazat

Not much is known about Lady Isabelle except that she was not always a Baron and came to power as a gift or favor. However, she has proven her worth and managed to make substantial use of Abdera heralding soldiers to the Emperor Wars and strengthening the alliance between the Decados and the Hazat.

Constance Eler Castenda de Vir

House: Fourth daughter to Count Roberto Eler Castenda de Vir

Constance's destiny was determined before she was born. As the fourth daughter to a powerful Count on Sutek she would be a political piece for marriage and it was determined that she would marry Sir Lerone Tevontin Justus. Unfortunatly, he died during a raid on Kurga (Hira). She was later promised to Sir Santir Elowin Eduardo but he died during the Emperor Wars. Constance has been engaged 4 other times before the age 15 and each time the engagement has ended in tragedy. Many Hazat see her as jinxed. A recent arrangement has been made to encourage the marriage between her and Baronet Aleksei Decados...

Sir Orlando Luwin Castenda de Rindor

House: Knightof the Hazat

Orlando has been a faithful soldier and top duelist of the Hazat for over 20 years until he lost his eye during the battle of Jericho. He was also Duke Cameron Medina Castenda de Sutek dearest friend who he watched die in his arms.

For years he watched over his dear friend Cameron and his two brilliant young children. In the young Javior he saw a master of the politique and tutored the boy in the ways of the court. In the young Anton he saw a sword master and taught him the ways of the blade and the honour which comes with it.

He has now sworn himself as advisor to Javier Medina Castenda de Sutek.

Miguel Luwin Castenda de Abdera

House: Baronet of the Hazat

Miguel is head of a small fief just outside of Abdera. The fief should have been given to vassal under Duchess Elena Cindias Victoriana Castenda de Sutek but he had saved Baron Isabelle Castenda de Abdera from severe embarrassment regarding troop deployment. He serves Duke Javier Medina Castenda de Sutek but officially pays fief taxes to Isabelle.

Krantz and Stern

Two of Isabelle's most loyal servants. They have been assisting Anton since his arrival.

The Guild

Tima DiCaprio

Genin for the Scravers

Tima was born and raised amonst the DiCaprios and learned that trade at a young age. Her father, Thomwa, was a Boss on Ishtikr and found that his daughter was useful. Boss Linzy DiCaprio said she needle some assistant so Thomwa sent his daughter.

After a few years on Cadiz she decided to visit Leagueheim and she left with a new recruit Shale Degraner. The two became close but seperated ways due to the company Tima was keeping and the serious amount of drugs she used. Shale decided his career was more important than taking care of Tima.

Kamdon Legraf

Little is known about Kamdon except that he mysteriously appeared on the Dilitaunte during Count Renato's last party. Some Hironem claim that he told them that the Great Dome was going to blossom which caused them to storm the palace. He's assumed to be a buisness man of some sort and well versed in the Known Worlds.

Karl Boton

Associate for the Scravers

Local of Abdera before the occupation of The Hazat. He once belonged to the Teking gang but discovered he was better on his own. He became a contact to Boss Linzy DiCaprio and later assistant to Genin Shale. After awhile Shale made him an official associate.

Sir Shahin Amid Al Malik

Knight of the Al' Malik

Shahin was born to a landless but wealthy member of the Al"Malik. He found that there is something about earning what you have instead of just someone giving it to you. As a result he ended up becoming an officer in the Emperor Wars. He quickly moved through the ranks and found himself Major at the young age of 26. Within two weeks after his promotion he was assigned an 18 year old officer, Lady Elehah Al' Malik. She proved to be wiser beyond her age and even manage to distinguish herself among the Emperor.

During the Emperor Wars Shahin proposed to Elehah and she accepted. They agreed to be married as soon as the Emperor Wars was over. However, fate intervened and Elehah became a Questing Knight and cancelled the engagement. Shahin was crushed and though he has been offered over 20 brides with dowries that would make him extremely wealthy, he has remained faithful that one day Elehah would give up her quest and join him.

Dimitre Kovatov

Gang leader of a powerful coven of psychics called The Invisible Path. The gang resided in the ruins of Abdera but he was killed by Sir Anton Medina Castenda when The Invisible Path attacked an Amantheon santuary.

Evidence shows that he might have had a twin brother that commanded a pirate vessal that was crewed by psychics.
